OMV refueling stations (which include a shop, a restaurant and a car-wash) have the slogan “We care more”. Our idea was to make the brand walk the talk, by inviting customers to review the stations in the tiniest detail.
Everything, from the salt-shaker to the soap-dispenser, had a rating. Customers could review them online or right in the gas station. This way, we proved that OMV cares more about the smallest details.
